Miss Crystal Springs Rodeo 2024 –

Hannah Schochenmaier is the 21 year old daughter of Neil and Pamela Schochenmaier from Pierre, South Dakota. She is a senior at SDSU majoring in Animal Science with a minor in Equine Studies, Ag Business, and Farm and Ranch Management. She is also a member of the SDSU rodeo team competing in barrel racing.  Hannah enjoys working with horses, ranching, and being behind a camera. Often we forget just how much the small moments we experience in life have an impact on not only ourselves but also others. Her platform is ‘remember the small moments’ and this stems from the loss of her dad. Hannah encourages everyone to stop and think about the small moments in life and the impact they are leaving. During her year as Miss Crystal Springs Rodeo, Hannah would like to spread kindness and leave an impact on the people she meets.

The Miss CSR Program

The Miss Crystal Springs Rodeo Queen program is new to this historic rodeo, but a very exciting venture for us.  We look forward to working with the talented contestants and building this program which promotes not only our rodeo, but the western way of life.

We recognize and appreciate our first historic cowgirls immensely.   We also  look forward to the future generations of representation and growth of the program as we added a Jr. Miss CSR in 2024, a new Scholarship component and soon the Little Miss CSR!
